Low-Pass Filters

The following equations apply to the low-pass filters in Figure 1 above:

1)  L = Zo / πf 

2)  C = 1 / (πf Zo) 

3)  Zo = sqrt(L/C)

4)  f = 1 / (π sqrt(LC))

where Zo is the line impedance and f is the cut-off frequency of the filter.
